StayTally for Windows
Version 0.1.25 (26) · Prepared November 4, 2026
Beta download available. Download this version and review the installation instructions and file checksum.
Requirements: Windows x64.
Changes since Windows 0.1.24 (25)
- Activity shows the rental portion of expenses, utility bills, monthly mortgage statements and yearly mortgage costs.
- A rental listing shows its share. A group totals the shares of its member listings. Open Details to compare the full bill or statement component with the rental portion for your selected scope.
- Costs with a missing or outdated rental calculation are marked for review.
Before updating a paired desktop
For Android, use the 1.0.22 closed-testing update or later with this desktop beta. If your phone is on 1.0.20 and your existing desktop pairing works, update the phone first. For iOS testing, use the corrected StayTally 1.1.1 (9) internal beta when available. Keep the desktop app open to receive changes.
Also included in this Beta
- Clearer Rental Listing and Rental Group wording, with Total property floor area and Rental floor area labels.
- Simpler navigation with Planning Targets removed.
- Cleaner Airbnb CSV imports: choose the document first, review rental matches and CSV amounts, follow save progress, then return to the dashboard.
- Income and fees use the values already in the Airbnb CSV.
- More readable forms and review pages at narrow window widths and larger text sizes.
- Improved receipt attachment checks. Rental cover images stay separate from financial documents.
- Shared-cost allocation controls appear only where they apply.
Your workspace
Manage rental records, documents, reimbursements, dashboards, reports and backups from your computer. Your phone needs a compatible desktop-pairing update and a verified first sync before you can use personal records. Until then, choose “Not now” to explore the sample workspace. Existing financial calculation rules are unchanged.
Updates during the Beta
Use the update icon inside StayTally to review and install this version. Installation and restart happen only after you confirm. You can also download the Windows MSI from the website. The Beta installer is unsigned; the built-in updater verifies signed release metadata and the exact package before installation.
Using the Beta
Keep a separate backup of your records when testing a Beta.
