Pair your phone with more than one computer. Each trusted desktop will be able to exchange changes directly with the other trusted desktops in your setup.
Desktops can keep syncing with each other while your phone is disconnected. The phone catches up when it reconnects. The connections form a web, so changes don’t have to pass through the phone.
Devices need an available network connection to each other. A computer that is off or unreachable catches up later; it doesn’t stop the other connected desktops.

Here’s how setup and everyday use are planned to work.
Approve the connection
Scan the computer’s QR invitation with your phone, or enter the pairing code. Check the matching verification number and approve on the phone.
Bring your records across
StayTally transfers and verifies your initial records and required documents before opening the desktop for real work.
Work from either screen
Save a change on your phone or desktop. It automatically queues for your other trusted devices and syncs when they can connect and receive it.
Your phone can be away
After the first verified sync, your desktop keeps its own local records. Continue editing offline, or sync directly with other reachable desktops. Changes for an unavailable device stay queued until it reconnects.

Check each device’s status and use Sync now. Sync everything will check the full shared records, history, and documents. If the same field is changed on two devices, the newest edit wins and the replaced version stays in history.

The Windows 0.1.16 (17) Beta is available to download. Choose “Not now” during setup to explore a read-only workspace with sample records. Your own records require a compatible mobile version with desktop pairing and a completed first sync.
The desktop Beta is free. Mac Beta is awaiting Apple’s download security checks. A first App Store or Google Play release does not by itself establish desktop compatibility; the phone needs the desktop-pairing update. Keep a separate backup when testing the Beta.
