Stessa Manage and Landlord Studio Pro also advertise $12/month billed annually: $144 per year, with Pro shown for three units. That is $104.01 more than one StayTally purchase for the first year. Those annual plans are separate from the monthly examples above.

Compare the workflow as well as the price

These products overlap in income, expense tracking, and reporting. Their services differ, so the price table is not a claim that every feature is equivalent.

  • StayTally: STR records, shared rental costs, reimbursements, annual-document review, and accountant exports, with local records and no account requirement.
  • QuickBooks Simple Start: general business bookkeeping, bank connections, invoicing, and accountant access.
  • Stessa Manage: rental bookkeeping, bank feeds, rent collection, and a Schedule E report; its published limit is five receipt scans per month.
  • Landlord Studio Pro: rental accounting, bank feeds, rent reminders, and tax reports; pricing varies with unit count.

StayTally does not provide bank feeds, payment collection, payroll, or a booking channel manager. Choose it when its rental-record workflows fit your needs. Keep any other service you still need; savings only arise from a subscription you actually avoid.

Will I need a subscription to use the app?

No. StayTally does not require a subscription or a StayTally account to use the app.

Where will my records be kept?

Your saved rental records and original documents live on your device. Document reading uses our server only after you approve sending the file; ordinary processing copies are discarded. Sharing corrected or unreadable examples for improvement is optional. Read how this works.

Which versions are available?

StayTally is available now for iPhone and iPad on the App Store for $39.99 USD. Find Android on Google Play at the same price. The free Windows desktop Beta is available; Mac Beta is coming soon. See all downloads and requirements.
